cen-i's hybernating spacecuap... cuapp... cuappp... 5月5日 FIUHHakhirnya... hehehehhe... 2 more exams n i'm free!! hehehehe... 2 core classes that i'd been struggling were over! heuhehuheuhee... i'm going back to indo soon on 14th May!!, yippeee!!!, soo happy!! heuheuhehuehee... actually, my scheduled flight was supposed to be on the 9th May and becos of usc banquet, i have to postpone my flight to 14th May. i missed indo, frens, family, and especially ardo hehehehe... after 5 months of LD relationship, finally i get to see him. we went thru quite a lot, quarreled, miscommunication, and all those things that make most of LD relationships over. However, there are couples who are not as fortunate as i am. they have to endure 3-5 years of LD and impressively they make it works hehehehehee... here's the summary of my life in LA w/o ardo hahahahaha... i spend my weekends all by myself, watching youtube and aznv.tv wakakakakaka... buy take out food, sleep, hardly studying, very unproductive huh?! hehehehe... some ppl asked me to go clubbing several times (never go clubbing be4 hahahahaha...), but somehow, all the plans got cancelled hahahahaha... God forbid me going clubs i think heuhehuehheuhe... :p. and as for the weekdays, i go to school with rena n jenn (we carpooled) hehehehee... they're also my partners in crime in all classes and we'll be in da same classes as well for the next semester wakakakakakaka... n dat's it!. so short yahh !! hahahahahaa... well, there were few dinners and road trip (to san diego wakakakaka) . overall, i had quite a blast dis semster, hopeing to have more next semester hehehehehehe... enuf of that... hehehehehe... i'm going to visit sg on the way back to jkt hehehehe... yuppiii!!!... i miss my frens there, hopefully we can meet up hehehehee... i miss the food as well!!... yuuummm... takopochi, takashimaya japanese noodle huahuahuahhaa... kwetiao, black n white carrot cake heuhehuehe... hmm... wat else?!... too many!! hahahahaha... i miss sg soo muuchhh... it's been over 1.5 years since my last visit. i need to go back to my book hahahahaha... i'll update more sometime... :) cheers, Juliana 2月24日 busy2yozz... wassup?! hehehehe... hope everything is well for u guys...
i can't wait for spring break... seriously... hahahahhaa... i've been busy even during the weekends... haiyaa!!! hahahaha... next week i have OB midterm exam, the next next week, i have finance and business stats midterm... i'll go crazy!! argghhh hahahahhaa... it's ok... after all the midterms, i'll go to hawaii :).

11月7日 what a weekend!!!hehehehe.. i went to SF for da weekend hehehehe... it was awesome!!!... I LOVEEE SF WAKAKAKAKAKA... ardo is going back indo soon (for at least 6 mths hix3), so we decided to spend some quality time in SF (the 2nd most romantic city -- for me lahh hahahaha...). we drove to SF on friday at 6 am... loooonggg wayy... 5.30 hours... hehehehe... arrived in SF at 11.30 am and immediately had lunch at borobudur hehehehehe... sooo goood!!!... we ordered mi kuah tek-tek, siomay bandung, and pisang bakar... yuuummm!!! hahahahaha... from there, we went to Union square... i do what i like the most --- shopping!!! wakakakakaka... we walked around the union square until 330 pm then we went to our friend's house to put our stuffs and take a quick rest. for dinner, we ate at sushi house!! (the best sushi in town) hahahahaha... love it!!!... after we had our dinner, we stopped by treasure island hehehehehe... the views of bay bridge and SF were magnificent... seriously, i never get tired of looking at the scenery and always amazed by it!!!.
the next morning, we walked 3 blocks away from our friend's house to the trem station (at union square)... the cable cars --- that's what the SF people called the trem hehehehehe... we paid $5/person to get into the cable car which brought us to the fisherman wharf. the line for the trem was extremely loongg... we waited for app. 45 min... and off we go to fisherman wharf hehehehehe... the 1st place we went once we arrived was the ghirardelli square (not sure abt the spelling)... went to the restroom and took some pictures hehehehe... then we had lunch!!!... yuuumm... we had lunch at bourdin (am i right?! hahahaha)... had the clam chowder!!!... OHH MY GONG!!!... it wassss deliciousss!!!... yummyyy!!! hahahahaha... looveee the city, love the scenery, loveee the food wakakakakaka... after having lunch, ardo wasn't full yet, so we bought fried mussels w/ french fries... OHHH... DELECTABLE!!! hahahahaha... we walked around... took pictures... and at around 330 pm we headed home. we took the bus this time hehehehe... the cable car was expensive hahahaha... we paid $1.50 and we could use the ticket for 3 times hahahahaha... we stopped at our friend's house... put our stuff and then headed back to union square hehehehe... (took the bus w/ da same ticket hahahaha... so cheaappp). walked around, met other friends there hehehehe... saw a lot of USC students there (last week they had this football thingy... USC vs Stamford hahahahahaa...) at 630, we returned home... took shower and for dinner... guess watt!!! hahahahaha... we were having dinner at thanh long (crustacean) hahahahaha... ate the juicy crabs and tasty garlic noodle...mm...mm..mmm... mmm... SOOOO GOOOODD!!!.. hahahahahaha... for dessert, we had this chocolate cake with ice cream... hahahaha... after dinner, we went to sausalito to see the golden gate bridge... a bridge in red colour hehehehe... soo nice... i can't explain in words how beautiful it is...
sunday morning... we got ready to go back home... at 11.30 we left and had lunch at bamboo village hehehehe... ordered soo much too... from there we went to china town (sweetheart cafe) to buy my fave drink... AVOCADO W/ PEARL hehehehhee... no other place sells avocado w/ pearls like sweetheart hahahahaha... it's the besgt place to buy those kind of drink hahahahaha... then we headed home... reached LA at 7.30 pm... hehehehehe...
monday morning... i got sick... went to school for only 2 hours... then went home... took out thermometer... measure myself... n guess wat... i had fever and stomach upset (i think for eating too much yea)... vomitted (tuesday morning around 330 am) hahahahaha... but i'm fine now...
to conclude, I'M THRILLED!!! hehehehehe... the fever and the vomit thing... worth it!!! hahahahaha... 10月28日 1.02 amhaizz... it's past midnight hehehehe... but i still couldn't sleep even though i really want to. my life now seems crazy and all over the place... my grades suck. i had been crying for the past 2 months... since i got into usc... i studied soooo hard... but the results were bad... really bad... i felt like God is not there for me... i've been so stressful and dissappointed in God. He told me once that "you'll be the one of best student in ur school", but now... i don't see anything about it... about being the best... i asked Him many times... "dear Lord, i studied sooo hard... but why these things happened to me... bad grades keep on coming". still... no answer... to be honest... i was soooo dissappointed in Him. today when i went to my church cell group. there was one pastur... pastur jacob... he's a guest speaker. at the end of the sermon, he prayed for everyone in my cell group. when he came to me and prayed... he said "Jesus said He loves you, He loves you more than anyone else (God knows i blamed him :p)." then he paused... i cried and cried... after a long time not feeling GOd's annointing, finally i could feel HIS presence... pastur jacob continued... "don't you worry about your school... He will help you in your studies... He will help you in your studies and your future will be blessed" i cried... i couldn't stop crying... i felt HIS hand touched my heart (very warm), i could hear Him saying those words "I love you more than anyone else" in my heart. i then fell down cos my whole body couldn't take it... His power, His presence, His love and warmth were too powerful... I prayed and apologized for losing my faith in Him.
now... watever happens... if i have bad grades or any other problems... i will just leave it to HIM cos He has plans in me... and i believe in Him hehehehe... He's my father, my best friend, my problem-solver. everything is possible in Jesus Christ... no matter what happens in my life, i'll always be thankful for this is God's will for me who belong to Christ JEsus.
that's all for today.. i'll update some more hehehehehe... 8月17日 the come back!!!yeah... i just got back from jkt last week hehehehehe... i had a blast in indo... met up w/ c mei, kk wen, debby, and ardo's parents hahahaha... it was so awkward though... cos ardo wasn't there... so i was introduced to his parents by c mei2 n kk wen... hahahahaha... first, i had to meet his dad (becos tante went to HK) hahahahaha... my heart throbs so fast heuheuhehe... all i could say was "hallo om" (then shake hands and introduced myself "cen-i") hahahahaha... then... few days later... i think it was saturday evening... accompanied by abeng, abeng's sister sylvi, kk wen, cc mei2, n my lil' bro... i finally met tante hehehehehe... the first sentence that came out from her mouth was "adoghh akhirnya ktm jg yea cen" hauhauhuahuaha... tante n om were very frenli tho... they weren't those cool, unfrenli parents hehehehehe... well, basically most of my weekends, i spent it with them... with my parents too of cos hehehehehe... separately tho... for example... saturday i went out with my parents then on sunday, ardo's parents n c mei2 n kk wen would ask me out... and vice versa hehehehehe...
i dun really have the time to go out with some frens... the holz were so short... catherine has a BF oredi... so i let her having good time with andri hehehehe... sylvia has to work... so we can onli met up during weekends... however... my weekends were booked... zelda oso... i got no chance to go out w/ her haizz... really2 sorry zell... i'll make it up during winter hols if u're going back to jkt. then... ayu n eugene weren't back from boston yet... so... jkt was quite sepi hehehehe... but luckily got an internship at PD. Perdana in panglima polim together w/ c mei2 hahahahaha... i didn't get any salary, becos my lady bos was so stingy wakakakakaka... canda ce... :p...
i got myself another job too... accompanied c mei2 to see the floral line n amarilis (the wedding decor) hahahahaha... i'm not the one who's getting married... and yet, seeing c mei2 tried doing her best in finding the best decor, photographer, wedding gown designer, invitation cards with reasonable price had given me a headache... hehehehehe... especially the wedding decor part... it was just crazy hueheuhuehe... i wondered to myself, what'll i become if i were to get married hahahahahahaha... prpbably it's gonna be da same thing happening isn't it? heuheuheuhuhee... well, 1 thing that i learnt from c mei2 was to njoy every second of doing it, cos marriage only come once in a life time... u won't feel the craziness and the excitements of getting married for the 2nd, 3rd times, and so on... hahahahahaha...
anyways... i got to go now... i've to get ready hehehehe... i'm going to disneyland w/ ardo YAY!!!!... i'll cont' next time... ciaooo!!!! 6月21日 Ray's pre-graduation dinnerfirst of all, i would like to congratulate ray for graduating from UCSD hehehehehe... finally school is over yahh ray hehehehe... wish u all da best and success in the future.
well... last saturday, me, ardo, and claudia (his lil' sister) went to San Diego. we had a blast there... well, at least claudia had tons of fun and met with new people ya gak clau?! hehehehehe... on the way to San Diego... we stopped by South Coast Plaza to do some shopping hahahahhaa... ardo had to buy present for his mom, but unfortunately, the one particular thing that his mom wanted was no longer in store... claudia bought herself TOD'S wallet... good taste clau... it's pretty cute wallet for a 15-year-old girl hehehehe... ardo n clau oso bought tons of baby clothing for their 10 months old nephew, brandon... hahahahaha... how much did u guys actually spend on those clothing?!... hahahahhaa... anyways... baby's clothings are sooo cuuuteee and expensive hahahahaha!!!!... brandon!!, u lucky little thing, having such a nice, generous aunt n uncle hehehehehhee... as for me... i didn't get myself anything... i should have bought gucci bag that was on sale for myself... but... in the end... ardo bought it for me... ohh mann... bu hao yi se bgt!!!... but he told me that he didn't get anything for my birthday, so this bag would be his present for me... but i tot he got me lotsa stuff... he bought me 10 iris flowers and 10 tulips... dat would be enuf hehehehehe... anyway... thank you soo much doo... i love the bag very... very.. much... hehehehe... chayaaankkk dehh ma km!!!
after we were done with our shopping, we continued our journey to SD hehehehe... little traffic along the way, but we managed to reach there by 730 pm. we checked-in to our htl and went for dinner @ one of our fave resto in SD... NOZOMI hehehehe... we ordered chirashi bowl (japanese salad) and baked salmon roll... sooo gooodd!!!... when we're done eating... we went to mi sok chon (MSC) where ray held his pre-graduation dinner... they spent the night drinking soju (korean sake), me and clau were the only ones who didn't drink... but we tried a liitle bit thoo hahahahahaha... first timer might like it... but i got dizzy and queasy by it be4 so i hated it hahahahaha... lots of laughter, dat's how we spent the rest of the night... we headed back to our htl by mid-night... it was tiring...
the next morning... we woke up... three of us went to UCSD. me n clau dropped ardo off becos he had to attend the graduation photo taking w/ ray n frens... meanwhile... clau n i just drove around and looked for a parking spot hehehehehe... after the whole thing was done... we went for lunch in some filipine's restaurant... from there on... we went to fashion valley to do another shopping hahahahaha... ardo still couldn't find the thing that his mom had wanted for quite a while... clau bought abercrombie for herself and her cousin, nico... oso some baby clothing hahahahhaa... from the fashion valley, we went to AMC theater to watch tokyo drift... but the show was too latr in th afternoon, therefore, we decided to watch nacho libre... it was ok i think... made me fell asleep for awhile hahahahahaha...
after watching, we headed back to LA... it was oredi 6 pm... there shouldn't be any traffic... but, it's our destiny to stuck in the traffic hahahahaha... it should take 1.5 hours to reach LA... as for dat sunday... it took us 2++ hours... haizz... we reached home around 830 pm... tired and weary, we decided not having dinner... ohh well, ardo couldn't hold his hunger... he cooked for himself supermi goreng jumbo wakakakakkakaka... dat's how i spent my weekend with ardo n clau hehehehe... what a weekend!!! 6月4日 YAYYYY!!!!!hi all... hahahahahaa... i wasss extremely happy yesterday heuheuhuehhee... guess wat... i got accepted into USC!!!! wakkakakakakakaka... THANK GOD!!!!... finally... good bye marymount... hahahhaha...
my roomie smsed me yesterday afternoon "cen, i think you got acceptance letter fr. USC... cepetan pulang". i was in some random bookstore... and unable to received any signal... so when i was out of the bookstore... my heart was pounding soooo hard that i can barely think properly hahahahhaa... i called my roomie and asked her "ciiii... tlg bukain donk cii!!!..." and she opened it for me. both of us SCREAMED... (she screamed sooo loud... n i can only screamed softly since i was in public places hahahahaha...)... she read it to me "CONGRATULATION juliana... we're grateful to announce that u're being accepted into our campus". OMGONG... i told ardo abt it... he's happy for me hehehehe... n i told some of my frens (who're oso applying to USC... and asked them whether they get any acceptance letter yet)... thenn... i told my parents n broo... they were over the moon to hear the news... hahahahaha...
well... i got into UCSD (University of California San Diego)... i really like the campus thoo... but it's in san diego... 1.5 hours drive from LA... i can't be bothered moving out hahahahaha... but it's a great sch to go thoo... it ranks 11th in the entire nation (entire US) and 10th for the economics major in the entire nation... haizz... too bad it's too far... well, usc is not bad either... it's in LA... hehehehehhee... it's a great sch too...
i'm soo grateful to God... i used to think that i'm no good in anything, i'm a failure (becos i attended some unknown, secluded college in LA that no one has ever heard of be4)... and some people looked down on me... but ci dewi, ko jaya, natong, n nophai... they made very good siblings in Christ for me who always encouraged me when i was down hehehehehe... en thx to cc mei2, kk wen, deboi, ardo, n prety for helping me applied to unis hehehehehe... i noe i won't be able to make it without u guys... once again thank youuu all!!!!... n tenkiu BABEH for everything that happened in mylife... i know everything happened for a reason and Your plan may looked horrible in the first place... but in the end... it becomes the greatest gift that i've ever received in my entire life!!!!!. I love YOUUUU BABEHHHH!!!...
